Occupational Health and Safety Symposium Activities

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, Prof. Dr. Mervat Refaat, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, and Prof. Dr. Fatma Ahmed, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, a symposium entitled Occupational Health and Safety was held on Sunday, 27/10/2024, at Amin Lotfy Hall at the Faculty. The symposium was lectured by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mohi El-Din, Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial Design. The symposium addressed several points, including: Awareness and training on firefighting methods, preventing their spread, and reducing the resulting losses, as well as implementing all safety and health requirements and raising awareness of matters related to the safety of students, faculty members, and workers inside workshops and educational laboratories to reach a safe environment
